Challenge

Area Development Sp. z o.o. is a company implementing residential projects in Poznań and along the Baltic coast through special purpose project companies. Due to rapid growth in recent years and an increasing number of entities requiring operational and financial management, our existing solutions for invoice circulation and budgeting were no longer sufficient. This created the need to implement IT tools to accelerate and streamline the cost document workflow and support budgeting processes.

Solution

After reviewing market offerings—ranging from ready-made products to fully scalable solutions—we decided to implement Enovatio software. In the comparison group, we identified Enovatio as a ready-to-use solution with high scalability.

Key factors in choosing Enovatio included the system’s built-in capabilities and its flexibility in adapting to the specifics of our business. A competitive advantage was the project and budgeting module, which features an extensive library of ready-to-use reports. The document workflow module is user-friendly, provides clear information, and has been well received by end users.

Results

• Given the capabilities the product offered us during the implementation phase, its price for the delivered solutions is considered competitive compared to other offerings.
• Currently, the system is used by 10 users working across 12 projects, with 70 dedicated budgets.
