Yes. If you wish to change or expand the system with additional modules, please contact us at +48 695 560 007 or enovatio@enovatio.com. Our Sales Department will discuss the details of further cooperation with you, which will be formally documented as an Annex to the Order Form.

Customer Data Protection and Intellectual Property Rights

Customer data is stored on servers equipped with professional uninterruptible power supply (UPS) systems. Backup copies of data are created to provide additional protection against loss, in accordance with the hosting option specified in the Order Form.

All data stored by Enovatio is protected from the moment it enters the Enovatio Cloud System, safeguarded against external interference as well as unauthorized internal access (i.e., access by unauthorized Enovatio employees).

We commit to filtering data using firewalls to protect it from unauthorized access.

Detailed terms of service for Enovatio Cloud are included in the Terms and Conditions as well as in the Order Form, which the Client receives prior to the service activation. The Terms and Conditions are available on this website.

Technical Support in the Enovatio Cloud Model, During the Term of the Agreement, Includes:

  • Remote handling of client requests
  • Free system updates
  • Service uptime continuity of 99% of working hours per month
  • Storage of data saved in the system on secure servers
  • Creation of data backups to provide additional protection against data loss
  • Data stored is protected from the moment it appears in the Enovatio Cloud application, secured against external interference as well as unauthorized internal access
