I. Definitions
- Administrator – “ENOVATIO” limited liability company based in Warsaw, ul. - Cookies – IT data, small text files saved and stored on Devices through which the User accesses the Administrator’s website.
- Device – an electronic device through which the User accesses the Administrator’s website.
- User – means the entity for whom, in accordance with the Terms and Conditions and legal regulations, electronic services may be provided or with whom an Agreement for the provision of electronic services may be concluded.
II. Use of Cookies
- The Administrator uses Cookies through the website.
- Information collected based on Cookies is used for proper optimization of the website’s operation, as well as for statistical and advertising purposes.
- Cookies record the User’s activity on the website by recognizing the Device, enabling the website to be displayed optimized to the User’s individual preferences.
- The solutions used on the website are safe for the Devices of Users accessing the Administrator’s website. It is not possible for dangerous or malicious software to enter the Users’ Devices.
- The Administrator uses two types of Cookies:
- a) Session Cookies: these are files stored on the User’s Device and remain there until the end of the browser session. The saved information is then permanently deleted from the Device’s memory. The session Cookies mechanism does not allow the collection of any personal data or any confidential information from the User’s Device.
- b) Persistent Cookies: these are stored on the User’s Device and remain there until they are deleted. Ending the browser session or turning off the Device does not cause their removal from the Device. The persistent Cookies mechanism does not allow the collection of any personal data or any confidential information from the User’s Device.
III. Ways to set conditions for storing or accessing Cookies
- The User can limit or disable the access of Cookies to their Device. If this option is used, accessing the Administrator’s website will be possible except for functions that by their nature require Cookies.
- The User can independently and at any time change the settings regarding Cookies by defining the conditions for storing and accessing Cookies on the User’s Device. These changes can be made using the internet browser settings or the service configuration. These settings can be changed, in particular, to block automatic handling of Cookies in the browser settings or to inform about each placement of Cookies on the Device. Detailed information about the possibility and methods of handling Cookies is available in the software settings (internet browser).
- The User can delete Cookies at any time using the available functions in the internet browser they use.
- Limiting the use of Cookies may affect some functionalities available on the Administrator’s website.
