Scope of Integration
The integration is carried out using WSDL methods provided by SAP. These web services enable direct communication between Enovatio Workflow and SAP, without the need for file export or import.
Depending on the WSDL specification, document posting can be based on:
- Synthetic accounts (400)
- Analytical accounts (500)
- SAP orders and other required parameters
Automatic retrieval of accounts and orders is also performed through the configured WSDL methods.
- Possibility to post a single document to multiple synthetic accounts simultaneously with analytical accounts
- Ability to define multiple tax codes
- Synchronization of contractors via appropriate WSDL services
- Additional invoice details transferred: description, payment type, journal entries
