Integration with the National e-Invoice System (KSeF)

Our KSeF HUB integrator provides an environment for invoice processing, integration with ERP systems, and the national e-invoice system.

Integration with external services

• Ministry of Finance – White List of Taxpayers – verification of VAT taxpayers aimed at checking the credibility of contractors.
• National Bank of Poland – Automatic retrieval of current exchange rates from the NBP.
• VIES – Verification of VAT taxpayers within the European Union using the VIES system (VAT Information and Exchange System).
• Central Statistical Office (GUS) – Retrieval of contractor data from the GUS database based on the VAT identification number (NIP).
• Transfers – Generating payment batches for the client’s bank.
