Challenge

The Polish Handball Federation (ZPRP) is a modern and dynamically developing sports organization with a complex operational and financial structure. As the scale of operations grew, the need arose for a solution to streamline cost document management, ensure a transparent approval workflow, and facilitate collaboration with the internal accounting department.

Solution

ZPRP was one of the first nationwide sports federations to implement the Enovatio Workflow platform—a system that enables flexible process modeling and integration with external IT systems. The project included:

• Configuration of electronic cost invoice workflow with both substantive and formal control.
• Automation of the document approval path, tailored to the internal organizational structure.
• Integration with the Symfonia ERP financial and accounting system, which supports the federation’s accounting operations.

The system was customized to meet the specific needs of a sports organization, including settlement procedures and various sources of funding.
