National e-Invoicing System – KSeF
KSeF HUB is a tool that not only complies with legal requirements but also optimizes accounting and invoicing processes. It automatically retrieves structured invoices and supports the approval and posting of documents.
The pricing below applies to both the KSeF Hub and the OCR mechanism.

The travel module supports comprehensive management of domestic and international business trips. It enables the registration of employee travel, efficient settlement of related expenses, advances, and per diems.

Enova365 Integrator
The integration is carried out via a dedicated component installed directly within the Enova 365 system. This solution allows automatic transfer of invoice data from Enovatio Workflow to Enova 365 and ensures smooth synchronization of key information between the systems.

e-Delivery
The e-Delivery module ensures complete handling of official correspondence in one place, automatically archiving all messages and eliminating storage limitations imposed by the national system. It enables secure distribution of documents to the right departments and provides full traceability of all actions taken. Integrated with Enovatio Workflow, it gives organizations control over costs and complete confidence that no important communication will ever be overlooked.
The monthly fee for each e-Delivery mailbox is 20 PLN.
